Welcome! I’m so glad you found me. I’m Mary – a life coach based in Athens or available online. I hold a Higher Diploma in Coaching with Applied Positive Psychology.

Something inside you knows it’s time for change. You can’t keep pretending that this way of living or working truly fulfills you. You might feel confused or stuck, but you’re ready to start listening to those inner voices and dreams – and give them space.

I know you can make it on your own. But I also know how comforting it is to have someone by your side who supports you in a meaningful way. That’s where I come in.

I’m here to hold space for you – to help you reconnect with yourself, find your direction again, and clarify what truly matters to you in your life and work. Together, we will strengthen your self-trust and confidence so you can create your own version of success – the one that truly suits you.
